at the moment, the script of the component and its plugin, allows only to hide the email field if name field is already hidden.
I have written in our ToDo list of this component, to prepare this option as you asked (hide email field without to hide the name field).
You will find this option in the next release of the component.

we added the feature.

Now you can activate "Email is Username" without "Name is Username".
