This contract between Your person (from now on defined as "You" or "Customer") and Digigreg di Nuti Gregorio (from now on defined as "Digigreg" or "Media Agency" or by possessive pronouns "our" or "our") establishes the conditions under which You can use our services and products.
If You do not intend to agree to these conditions, do not use our website, register Your data on our website, nor use our products and services.
The application of this agreement will in no case affect the licenses in force for our software that You may have read on the appropriate site available at the following link. Our software is licensed under the GNU/GPL V2 or later.
1) Digital products
1.1) Use of our products
- 1.1.1) You have the right to use our products as You please, whether as a web designer or as the direct owner of Your website. It is therefore permissible to create a website of any kind including our products, provided that You have correctly purchased the products in question.
1.2) Downloading our free products
- 1.2.1) You have the right to download our free products whenever You wish.
1.3) Updating our free products
- 1.3.1) You have the right to upgrade our free products whenever You wish.
1.4) Downloading our paid products
- 1.4.1) You have the right to download our paid products for 365 days from the time of purchase; after this period, to download the previously purchased product again, You will have to make a new purchase.
1.5) Updating our paid products
- 1.5.1) You have the right to update our paid products for 365 days from the time of purchase; after this period, to update the previously purchased product, You will have to make a new purchase.
- 1.5.2) To update paid products, You must enter the update code in the administrative panel of the purchased product, which You can find in Your account on our website after completing the purchase.</li >
1.6) Number of installations for paid products
- 1.6.1) You have the right to install the products purchased on one or more websites, depending on the type of purchase made.
- 1.6.2) If purchased for single website use, product updates will only be available on one (1) website, which will be automatically associated with Your update code (point 1.5.2) during the first product update.
- 1.6.3) If You are purchasing for use on multiple websites, You may have multiple update codes and as a result, update the product on multiple websites.
1.7) Changes to our products
- 1.7.1) You have the right to modify all our products as You wish, to satisfy Your every need.
1.8) Demo material
- 1.8.1) All multimedia and textual material within our products is the property of Digigreg, and the related rights are in no way transferred to third parties.
- 1.8.2) You may use such material on third-party websites, provided You have correctly purchased the products in question containing such material.
- 1.8.3) Non-essential multimedia material can be replaced with empty placeholders, or with images containing the wording Demo.
1.9) Warranty and Support
- 1.9.1) Since all our products are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or higher, Digigreg is not liable in any way for any damage that one of its products may cause to third parties, therefore including possible code defects, even if yet discovered or confirmed.
- 1.9.2) Digigreg cannot guarantee correct operation of current products with future versions of the software for which the products were created, unless Digigreg releases future compatibility updates.
- 1.9.3) Even if our products are often compatible with the most famous and current browsers, we invite You to test the products before purchasing with the browsers of Your preference to verify their compatibility. Where possible, the products can be tested on the appropriate Demos.
- 1.9.4) Digigreg provides an after-sales technical assistance service in the manner described below:
- Paid software: technical assistance will be provided exclusively via email within 365 days from the time of purchase.
- Free Software: no free support will be provided under any circumstances. If You wish, You can purchase paid technical support.
- 1.9.5) Support will not be provided through any channel other than sending and receiving emails for the software on this site.
- 1.9.6) To open a support request it is necessary to fill in the contact form present at the bottom of all the pages of our website, including the payment code which You can find in Your account on our website web after completing the purchase.
1.10) Right of withdrawal
- 1.10.1) According to the legislation in force in Italy, where the headquarter of the Media Agency is registered, since those of the Media Agency are digital products, the Media Agency does not recognize the right of withdrawal after a product has been downloaded. It is recommended to carefully read the description and compatibility of each product before downloading.
- 1.10.2) By downloading the purchased product, the Customer explicitly waives the right of withdrawal for this product, even if the product should present compatibility defects with the software already used by the Customer.
2) Websites for rent
2.1) Definitions

- 2.1.1) A website for rent (from now on defined as "SIA") corresponds to one of the services that can be purchased under the category Websites for rent.
- 2.1.2) A SIA is a website created by the Media Agency for the Customer to use; the SIA is created on the basis of a sample website (from now on defined as "Demo") visible before purchasing the service; at the time of its creation, the SIA contains the material sent by the Customer to the Media Agency. The SIA is owned by the Media Agency which grants the Customer the right to use it by paying a periodic fee (point 2.1.5).
- 2.1.3) Digigreg is therefore the provider of this service.
- 2.1.4) The Customer is therefore the purchaser of this service.
- 2.1.5) The periodic fee (from now on defined as "QP") is the sum that the Customer must pay to the Media Agency for each renewal period of the SIA (point 2.1.6). The QP is collected automatically and periodically by the Media Agency through the payment method selected by the Customer when purchasing the SIA.
- 2.1.6) The renewal period (from now on defined as "PR") is the period for which the Customer is entitled to use the SIA after the payment of the QP. The PR is defined and clearly visible on the SIA purchase pages.
- 2.1.7) The word days refers to solar days, unless otherwise specified.
- 2.1.8) The word contract refers to the contract stipulated between the Media Agency and the Customer regarding the SIA.
2.2) Starting the service
- 2.2.1) To start an SIA it is necessary to complete the purchase of the corresponding service, completing the payment of the activation cost (from now on defined as "CA").
- 2.2.2) Once the purchase has been completed, You will have to fill in a form that You will find on our website. In this form You will have to enter the required text and upload the images necessary for the creation of the SIA. Furthermore, there will be items that You must necessarily accept to start the service relating to the SIA, relating to the ownership of the SIA and the ownership of the material that You will enter in the SIA.
- 2.2.3) You must sign the form (point 2.2.2) with the aid of Your computer mouse or via the touchscreen of Your tablet or smartphone; You will have to upload through the form a copy of Your identity document and Your personal code, which will be used for the registration of Your domain.
- 2.2.4) A PDF file containing Your data and Your signature (point 2.2.3) will be automatically generated, sent to Your email address and stored by Digigreg.
- 2.2.5) By signing the form (point 2.2.3) You explicitly waive any form of reimbursement of costs already paid for the SIA (point 2.8.2).
2.3) Anti-copying and anti-moving system
- 2.3.1) Protection software is present within the SIA to prevent it from functioning on a domain other than the one You intend to register or have registered. As a user of the SIA, You accept that this software is included in the SIA.
- 2.3.2) If the protection software is tampered with or deactivated, the SIA would immediately and automatically cease to function, requiring manual intervention by the Media Agency to be restored. The cost of the restoration intervention is variable and to be estimated according to the case. If the security software is tampered with or deactivated, it is not guaranteed that the courtesy page (point 2.4.3) can be displayed correctly.
- 2.3.3) Under no circumstances these protection systems can be removed, except as described for termination with payment of the purchase price (point 2.5.3).
2.4) Grace period
- 2.4.1) The grace period (from now on defined as "PG") is the period of time following the most recent PR payment date, for which the Media Agency has not received the QP payment; during the PG the Media Agency still allows the Customer to use the SIA. The PG corresponds to 30 days.
- 2.4.2) The SIA will automatically be made unreachable, i.e. unusable by both the Customer and visitors, if the payment of the QP exceeds the threshold of the PG or if You withdraw from the contract and/or cancel the automatic payment of the QP .
- 2.4.3) A courtesy page will be shown to visitors to the SIA for 30 days following the expiry of the PG.
- 2.4.4) The courtesy page will be reachable and visible only if the Customer's domain is active and reachable. This is not responsibility of the Media Agency.
2.5) Ownership of the website
- 2.5.1) By purchasing an SIA service, You will be the exclusive owner of the domain name and of the contents within the SIA, accepting that You are not the owner of the SIA and of the software used to create it.
- 2.5.2) You may use, modify, advertising the SIA in order to meet Your needs; You will not be able to transfer the SIA to another domain or to another supplier, unless You decide to terminate the contract by paying the purchase price (point 2.5.3).
- 2.5.3) If You decide to become the owner of the website (point 2.5.1) thus terminating the existing contract and the consequent payment of the QP (point 2.1.5) You will pay to Digigreg the purchase price (point 2.5.4) or a minimum amount (point 2.5.5) using the same payment method used to pay the QP.
- 2.5.4) The formula for calculating the purchase price of the SIA, thus transferring full ownership to You, is summarized as follows: (N x C) where N indicates the number of months since the start of the contract and where C indicates the cost of each PR.
- 2.5.5) The minimum sum is set at € 3,500.00. If the formula (point 2.5.4) returns a value lower than the minimum sum, the amount due for the purchase of the SIA (point 2.5.3) will be equal to the minimum sum.
2.6) Deletion
- 2.6.1) After a further 30 days following the deadline for the PG (point 2.4.1) or 60 days from the last payment received, the SIA will cease to exist and can no longer be recovered.
- 2.6.2) The Customer will not hold the Media Agency responsible for the deletion of the SIA (point 2.6.1) and will not be able to request any type of damages from the Media Agency.
2.7) Warranty and Support
- 2.7.1) The SIA is created with software distributed under open-source licenses. The Media Agency is in no way responsible for the non-functioning of the SIA, for the functioning of its components, for any economic or image damage that the SIA or a malfunction within it may cause to the Customer, to Your name or to Your business. The SIA is therefore exempt from any form of explicit or implicit guarantee.
- 2.7.2) Support will not be provided through other channels than sending and receiving emails.
- 2.7.3) To open a request for assistance, it is necessary to fill in the contact form at the bottom of all pages of our website, including the payment code that You can find in Your account on our website, after the purchase of the service.
- 2.7.4) Although the Media Agency undertakes to process requests for assistance within two (2) days, depending on the number of requests received, the response and resolution of the problem may also take much longer. This also includes requests from other users.
- 2.7.5) The SIA will be reachable and visible only if the Customer's domain is active and reachable. This is not responsibility of the Media Agency.
2.8) Right of withdrawal
- 2.8.1) You have the right to interrupt the service at any time, so as to automatically terminate the provision of the service after the expiry of the current PR.
- 2.8.2) According to the legislation in force in Italy, where the headquarter of the Media Agency is registered, since those of the Media Agency are digital services, the Media Agency does not recognize the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of a service. The creation of the SIA is to be considered as the completion of the service, therefore the payments already collected by the Media Agency relating to the ongoing PR and the CA will not be refundable.
2.9) Termination of service
- 2.9.1) If You wish to interrupt the service (point 2.8.1) You must send written communication to the Media Agency by opening a support request (point 2.7.3). Alternatively, You can interrupt the payment of the QP, thus triggering the automatic elimination of the SIA (point 2.6.1).
3) Technical support
3.1) Ongoing technical support
- 3.1.1) Ongoing technical support (from now on defined as "ATC") corresponds to the service that can be purchased at the following link Ongoing support.
- 3.1.2) The ATC allows the Customer to have the technical support of the Media Agency available for the time agreed during the purchase process for each renewal period, by paying a periodic fee (point 3.1.5).
- 3.1.3) Digigreg is therefore the provider of this service.
- 3.1.4) The Customer is therefore the purchaser of this service.
- 3.1.5) The periodic fee (from now on defined as "QP") is the sum that the Customer must pay to the Media Agency for each renewal period of the ATC (point 3.1.6). The QP is collected automatically and periodically by the Media Agency through the payment method selected by the Customer when purchasing the ATC.
- 3.1.6) The renewal period (from now on defined as "PR") is the period for which the Customer is entitled to request the ATC after the payment of the QP. The PR is defined and clearly visible on the ATC purchase pages.
- 3.1.7) The word days refers to solar days, unless otherwise specified.
- 3.1.8) The word contract refers to the contract stipulated between the Media Agency and the Customer regarding the ATC.
3.2) One-off technical support
- 3.2.1) One-off technical support (from now on defined as "AT") corresponds to the service that can be purchased at the following link Technical support.
- 3.2.2) The AT allows the Customer to have the technical support of the Media Agency available for the time agreed during the purchase process, by paying a fee (point 3.2.5).</li >
- 3.2.3) Digigreg is therefore the provider of this service.
- 3.2.4) The Customer is therefore the purchaser of this service.
- 3.2.5) The fee (from now on defined as "QU") is the sum that the Customer must pay to the Media Agency to request the AT. The QU is collected automatically by the Media Agency through the payment method selected by the Customer when purchasing the AT.
- 3.2.6) The word days refers to solar days, unless otherwise specified.
- 3.2.7) The word contract refers to the contract stipulated between the Media Agency and the Customer regarding the TA.
3.3) Starting the service
- 3.3.1) To start the ATC or AT it is necessary to complete the purchase of the corresponding service, completing the payment.
3.4) Warranty and Support
- 3.4.1) Support will not be provided through other channels than sending and receiving emails.
- 3.4.2) To open a support request, it is necessary to fill in the contact form at the bottom of all pages of our website, including the payment code that You can find in Your account on our website, after the purchase of the service.
- 3.4.3) Although the Media Agency undertakes to process requests for assistance within two (2) days, depending on the number of requests received, the response and resolution of the problem may also take much longer. This also includes requests from other users.
- 3.4.4) Since it is not possible to know the Customer's scenarios in advance, the Media Agency does not guarantee in any way that the Customer's support requests will be completely satisfied.
- 3.4.5) The Customer will not hold the Media Agency responsible for the non-execution of support requests (point 3.4.4) and will not be able to request any type of damage from the Media Agency.
3.5) Right of withdrawal
- 3.5.1) You have the right to interrupt the service at any time, so as to immediately terminate the provision of the service.
- 3.5.2) According to the legislation in force in Italy, where the headquarter of the Media Agency is registered, since those of the Media Agency are digital services, the Media Agency does not recognize the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of a service. The provision of the ATC or AT is to be considered as the completion of the service, therefore the payments already collected by the Media Agency will not be refundable.
3.6) Termination of service
- 3.6.1) If You wish to interrupt the service (point 3.5.1) You must send written communication to the Media Agency by opening a support request (point 3.4.2). Alternatively, in the event of an ATC, You can interrupt the payment of the QP.
